Join DVS for a Women in Consulting Spring Week where you’ll gain real-life experience working in a consulting business, build your analytical skills, and connect with industry professionals in a collaborative setting.

The program will run over 4 days in our London office.

 What to Expect

• Shadow a Consultant: Spend a day observing one of our consultants in action, getting an up-close look at how we tackle client challenges and deliver results.

• Case Study Challenge: Work through a real-life client problem, with guidance and mentorship from experienced consultants, culminating in a presentation to two of our team members.

• Skill-Building Workshops: Participate in interactive sessions focused on consulting essentials such as strategic thinking, data analysis, and effective communication.

• Networking and Social Events: Join team lunches, coffee catch-ups, and an informal social evening to build lasting connections with our consultants and fellow participants.

Who Can Apply

This program is open to female students from all degree disciplines in their first or second year of university.

We’re not looking for any specific background or experience—just curiosity, enthusiasm, and an interest in data analytics and consulting.
